It's one thing to find a buyer for your boat, but quite
another to 'close' the deal and bring about a successful
outcome to satisfy all parties. Some brokers seem to think
that all they have to do is chat about the boat they're
sitting on. Well we all love to do that! The real work
begins when we persuade the buyer that
your boat is the one to buy. There always
seems to be one objection that the buyer finds to back out
of a deal, or try to settle on a lower price. This is when
our negotiating and persuasive selling skills come to the
fore. We try to listen carefully to what our buyers say,
and to work as an active intermediary to ensure the best
result.
